- Business details about shipments, loads, bids, or services you ask us about, such as origin, destination, dates, weights, and solicitation numbers.
- Phone calls. Calls to our business line may be answered by our AI phone assistant, and calls may be recorded. We keep recordings, transcripts, and call summaries so we can respond to you and keep accurate records.
- Text messages you send to us and that we send to you, including your mobile phone number and the date and content of messages.
- Website information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries; arrange and manage freight shipments; onboard carriers; prepare bids and work with vendors and subcontractors; send the service messages you agreed to receive; keep business records; and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from Miracle Mile, we will use your mobile number to send messages about load updates, carrier setup and paperwork, scheduling, responses to your inquiries, and (for vendors who asked to hear from us) subcontracting opportunities.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, and only for that purpose, such as our phone and texting provider, our AI assistant provider, our hosting and security providers, and our email provider. They are required to protect your information.
- With carriers, shippers, government agencies, or partners when needed to complete the service you asked for (for example, giving a carrier the pickup details for your shipment).
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
None of these permissions allows us to share your text messaging opt-in records or consent with carriers, shippers, government agencies, partners, or any other third party for their own text messaging, marketing, or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts from Miracle Mile applies only to messages from Miracle Mile.
How long we keep information
We keep call recordings, transcripts, messages, and business records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and contract record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and limiting access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.
- Access or correction: contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to correct it.
- Calls: calls to our business line may be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may end the call and contact us by email instead.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
